ADVANCE OPEN WATER DIVER COURSE & ADVENTURE DIVER COURSE
Initially upon starting you scuba diving adventure you were probably determined to get your Open Water Diver Certificate (OWDC); thinking that would be enough for just fun diving. Shortly after, however, you may have begun to recognize the vast array of diving options out there. And that having just an OWDC was not enough to quench your diving thirst.
As the world leader in scuba diving education, PADI has long since identified this issue and introduced the Advanced Open Water and, more recently, the Adventure diver Courses.

These courses are for the diver who wants to; gain more experience under the close supervision of an instructor, pursue diving as more than just a once in a while hobby, or build confidence in there diving skills. It provides the open water diver with greater knowledge and skills that are critical for the continuing education of any diver.

These courses give an open water diver the opportunity to explore and practice navigation, deep water dives, night dives, as well as a wide variety of other extremely exciting specialty diving activities. See Specialties.

These courses further meet the prerequisite for RESCUE, DIVEMASTER, and instructor training

Prerequisites: OWDC or equivalent.

Duration: TWO consecutive days of open water diving, five dives (weather permitting). Approximately 3 hours knowledge development.

USFK reg 190-2 permits as an exception to the regulation: When conducted in group tours by various organizations within the ROK personnel may participate fully in tour activities. Furtuher more Aquatic Frontier has received llimited authority from USFK to conduct scuba diving in the ROK.
